The Aeonium 'Medusa' is a rare, showy succulent that forms bright rosettes of magenta, wine, and creamy green. It likes bright, indirect sunlight, well-draining soil, and infrequent watering. This plant is non-toxic to pets and goes to sleep in the summer.

How it Grows

The colors shift with the seasons. In the spring and fall, the center turns bright green while the edges turn a deep purple. In the summer heat, it might close up into a tight, dark ball to protect itself from the sun.
