Refund & Replacement Policy
At The One Bloom, we stand behind the quality of our plants. We proudly offer a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. If your succulents do not arrive in healthy condition, we will make it right.
Due to the perishable and live nature of botanical goods, our return and refund policies are specialized as follows:
1. Live Arrival Guarantee (Damaged or Dead Plants)
If any of your plants arrive severely damaged, frozen, or dead, you are fully covered under our 48-hour window.
Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by USPS/UPS tracking.
Requirements: Please email us at raresucculentsinc@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear, well-lit photos of the affected plants showing their condition straight out of the box.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will issue a 100% refund for the damaged plant or arrange a free replacement reshipment, according to your preference.
2. Missing or Incorrect Items
If your package is missing a plant or you received the wrong variety:
* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and a photo of everything you received in the box. We will immediately reship the missing/correct items at no extra cost to you.
3. No Physical Returns Required
Because succulents are live organisms, forcing them to undergo a secondary return transit without professional hydration and airflow will result in plant death. Therefore, we do not require or accept physical returns of live plants. Please do not mail live plants back to our Syosset, NY office without prior authorization.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time *before* the plants have been bare-rooted and prepared for shipping. Once the drying process begins (usually 24 hours after order placement), cancellations can no longer be processed.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved based on the submitted photos, the credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
