🌱HOW TO PLANT & ACCLIMATE Unbox: Remove packaging carefully upon arrival.
Pot: Place in a container with fast-draining cactus/succulent mix. Gently settle the roots and backfill with soil.
Water: Water thoroughly after potting. The roots have already been trimmed and air-dried before shipping, and the transit time has allowed them to callus properly, so they're ready for watering.
Place in Light: Position in bright, indirect light for the first week, then gradually introduce to more light.
** CARE INSTRUCTIONS **
🌞Light: Bright, indirect light or gentle morning sun. Increased light enhances the pink & burgundy variegation. Avoid harsh afternoon sun to prevent leaf scorch.
💧Water: "Soak & dry" method.Water thoroughly only when the soil is completely dry. Avoid wetting the rosette center.
🌱Soil: Fast-draining cactus or succulent mix (add perlite or pumice for extra aeration).
🌡️Temperature: Thrives in 60°F–80°F (15°C–27°C). Bring indoors if temperatures drop below 40°F (4°C).
🔄Dormancy: Naturally rests during hot summer months. Slight leaf curling or slower growth is normal. Resume regular care in the fall.

“Jelly” Plant Favorite Among Collectors - Haworthia Magnifica Var. Atrofusca - Rare Live Succulent Allow Light to Reach Plant's Interior
Haworthia magnifica var. atrofusca is a slow-growing, highly coveted succulent from South Africa’s Western Cape.
Prized by collectors, it forms compact rosettes of thick, semi-translucent leaves with deep, near-black pigmentation and striking windowed tips that allow light in. It thrives in bright, indirect light and well-draining soil.
Appearance & Traits
Leaf Windows: The upper leaf surfaces are "fenestrate" (clear or semi-transparent) with dark, contrasting veins running through them.
Coloration: Under bright, indirect light, the leaves can develop deep, stress-induced purple, red, or charcoal-black tones.
Mutant Variations: Highly sought-after variations like the Atrofusca "watermelon" or tissue-cultured mutants have uniquely conical, glossy, and vibrant features.
Size: It is a miniature succulent that rarely grows very large, making it an ideal choice for desk spaces or small pot arrangements.
Care Instructions
To keep this prized succulent healthy, mimic its native semi-arid environment:
Light: Place in bright, indirect light or under gentle morning sun. Avoid harsh afternoon sun to prevent scorching the delicate translucent leaves.
Soil: Plant in a highly gritty, well-draining mix. A standard ratio is about 80% inorganic material (such as pumice or perlite) to 20% succulent potting soil.
Watering: Water sparingly. Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings. Because they have long, fleshy root systems, they do best in slightly deeper pots.
Temperature: They prefer temperatures between 18°C and 22°C. They are not frost-hardy and should be protected from freezing conditions.

🌱Plant Condition
Succulents are living plants and may experience minor cosmetic changes during shipping, such as:
• slight leaf drop
• wrinkles from water control
• color changes due to temperature
• partial loss of farina (natural powder)
These conditions are common during long-distance shipping and plants usually recover with proper care.
❄️Weather & Shipping Notice
Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Extreme cold or heat during transit may also affect plant condition.
Please consider your local weather conditions before placing an order.
