📦Shipping & Preparation
• Plants are shipped bare root (without pot and soil).
• Before shipping, each plant will be carefully prepared, including water control, soil removal, and root trimming to help ensure safe travel.
• Due to the delicate preparation process, the processing time is approximately 5–10 days (about 1 week) before shipment.
• Plants will be carefully wrapped and packed to minimize possible damage during transit.
🌱Plant Condition
Succulents are living plants and may experience minor cosmetic changes during shipping, such as:
• slight leaf drop
• wrinkles from water control
• color changes due to temperature
• partial loss of farina (natural powder)
These conditions are common during long-distance shipping and plants usually recover with proper care.

Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Extreme cold or heat during transit may also affect plant condition.

Because plants are live items, we generally cannot accept returns or refunds due to minor transit stress, leaf drop, or cosmetic imperfections.
If your plant arrives with a serious problem, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.We will do our best to assist you.
🌿Plant Care Tips
After receiving your plant, place it in a bright, well-ventilated area away from strong direct sunlight for a few days so it can acclimate.
Once the plant has adjusted, you may proceed with potting and normal succulent care.
