Echeveria 'Ariel' (sometimes called Echeveria 'Ling Snow') is a rare, compact, and slow-growing succulent featuring thick, fleshy, blue-green leaves that blush with dramatic shades of red or pink under stress.
It is ideal for small, well-lit spaces, growing only a few inches wide and thriving in well-draining soil with bright light.

Key Care and Characteristics
Appearance: Forms compact, thick-leaved rosettes. Leaves are typically light blue-green, turning dusty rose or red at the tips during winter or under high light/dry conditions.
Light Needs: Prefers bright, direct light for at least six hours, though it may need protection from extreme afternoon sun. Inadequate light will cause it to stretch and lose its compact shape.
Watering: Water only when the soil is completely dry, using the "soak and dry" method. Avoid getting water on the leaves to prevent rot.
Soil: Requires a fast-draining succulent or cactus mix.
Size: Generally remains small (around 2–3 inches), making it perfect for containers, window sills, and indoor offices.
Temperature: Does not tolerate freezing; protect from frost.

Why They Are Popular
Color Changes: Shifts with the seasons, offering dynamic, bright pink hues.
Rare Variety: Considered a highly sought-after and collectible succulent.
Low Maintenance: Excellent for beginners, requiring little care.

Echeveria 'Ariel' plants are often sold bare-rooted, having had their roots trimmed for shipping. Upon arrival, they may appear slightly wrinkled or soft, but will recover quickly when potted in dry, well-draining soil.
