Cancellation Policy

If your order has not been shipped and you wish to cancel it, please email your cancellation request to support@theonebloom.com.

Business hours: Monday to Sunday, all day (via email).

Please include your order number and the phrase "Order Cancellation Request" in the subject line of your email. Our orders typically proceed smoothly. However, due to the complexity and delicate nature of packaging and shipping live plants, things may not always go as expected. We take strict quality control measures for our plants. We select premium-quality seeds and use scientific cultivation methods and precise environmental controls to grow robust plants with well-developed root systems. If you encounter a quality issue with the plant, you may choose one of the following options:

1. Refund via credit card or PayPal

2. Replacement plant (if available)

Covered Quality Issues Include:

Disease、Broken stems、Pest infestation (e.g., scale insects, aphids — note: most pests on leaves can be easily removed using mild soapy water or 70% isopropyl alcohol)、Many broken or missing leaves、Incorrect or missing plant/product information、Visible damage to pots or other accessories

Important Notes:

If there is an issue with your order, please take the following steps:

1. Contact us via email within 7 days of delivery, and include photos of the issue for documentation. We will respond within two business days.

2. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and any damage during return transit.

3. To be eligible for a return or refund, the package must be retrieved and opened within 24 hours of delivery.

4. If the tracking shows the order was "delivered," but you have not received it, please get in touch with us within one week to be eligible for a refund. A complete and correct shipping address is required for refunds. Photos of all damaged plants must be provided to process a refund or replacement.

Replacements:

Replacement shipments will include only the replacement plant. No substitutions will be made, and the replacement will be of the same variety as the original item.
